Hey Everyone – welcome to my blog.
Here I will talk about my last few shoots, about the models I’ve worked with and what they are all up to.
My last minute shoot with Laurent Marchand was fun, and lasted about 20 minutes. I met him at Petit Ermitage, and brought a few items like trunks and casual stuff from Zara. I didn’t really have any light so I was forced to use my weak on camera flash. I used a tiny honeycomb attachment that goes over the flash that forces the light in a condensed circular pattern on the subject. The challenge was that I had to keep the camera horizontal or else the light pattern was off. So I decided to shoot two separate frames for each shot. I shot face and chest, then waist and legs. I stitched the frames together in photoshop. A few months later Laurent was back in town and we took a little time to shoot him in a tuxedo with classic timepieces.
